Thank you for this, Charity. I agree that nature is such a comfort. When my husband died suddenly 7 years ago, in June, I spent a lot of time sitting outside under our walnut tree. It was very soothing. I even sat through a soft rain one afternoon, the tree serving as my umbrella. God seemed very close there.
