As always, so much to think about - and resonates! On a lighter note, Steve and Will can commiserate over our, um, optimistic view of how much can be achieved in any given time frame! And I love how you’re exploring here how we might actually define “achieve”.
It's hard to break out of this rut that efficiency and productivity are the ultimate good. I find myself measuring the worth of many things based on those qualities. It's especially damaging when we measure ours or others' worth that way. I wonder, Sue, what might be an alternative way to measuring worth? Or is our worth really something we can/should measure?
I think there might always be a danger in trying to measure our worth because we will always use a flawed measuring stick, unless we believe and can rest in our identity as beloved children regardless of what we do or do not produce or accomplish.

It always feels like there might be just enough time to do that one last thing! HA! Glad I'm not alone in that.
A great meditation as to how to spend the time given as a gift to me today.
Time really is a gift, isn't it? I'm too often guilty of treating it like an adversary. I hope you are doing well, Jill!
This resonated with me in that I tend to measure my worth on productivity. A great reminder that often the best things cannot be measured.

Thank you for the s/o, Charity! And what a rich reflection on time you've offered to your readers!
Thank you! Really looking forward to your new book!
