Thank you for including the essay about Dolly Parton. Honestly, I didn't know until much, much later in my life that she was the songwriter of "I Will Always Love You". I always assumed it was Whitney Houston. I love her thoughts expressed, how appreciative she was of Whitney's voice.

"Keep walking toward the beautiful"....what a wonderful sentiment to keep in our minds. Thank you.

I've always been a fan of Dolly's, but I also didn't know she wrote "I Will Always Love You" until much later either. I was more aware of the songs that Dolly herself sang. This essay about her was so interesting because she is such a cultural anomaly. But I like to think, like the author of the article, that it's because of her goodness. And that gives me hope ... that even as divided people we can appreciate and find unity in what's good and true.

This is such a beautiful issue, and what an amazing moment. I was going to say that the "Young Girl and Child" was extraordinary before reading on. I really hope we can visit the London galleries together! All the more so now! 🙏🏻

I hope so too! I love it when art comes off the canvas the way it did with the Young Girl and Child.
